Engaged as Principal Contractor to create the maximalist dream was simply amazing. Annabel’s has been transformed into the most lavish and glorious environment, the old being replaced with ritzy bars, restaurants, private dining areas, a spa and of course the nightclub. This project was the most challenging due to the structural alterations required, the introduction of a 22 tonne retractable curved glazed roof with the associated structural columns to support this. The interior finishes are what you expect from Martin Brudnizki, bespoke, opulent and truly outstanding, in fact in some cases you have to see it to believe it. Each room is individually designed with the attention to detail flawless, however this comes with challenges form a management perspective, something we are proud to say we coped with.
